Integrated DWDM EDFA – Cost-Optimized Line Amplifier
Purpose-built for price-sensitive deployments, this single-slot EDFA compensates span loss across the entire C-band while simultaneously boosting 40/48 × 100 GHz-spaced or 80/96 × 50 GHz-spaced 100 G channels. Locked-gain control, <1 dB gain flatness, and a typical 5 dB noise figure ensure transparent amplification for coherent 100 G/400 G and future 800 G systems. Hot-swappable AC/DC power and SNMP/CLI management make it an essential, future-proof building block for long-reach DWDM and all-optical networks.
