Product Overview

A single-slot 3R regenerator that accepts any client signal from 1.25 Gb/s to 25.78 Gb/s—SDH/SONET, POS, SAN, or Ethernet—and re-conditions it for long-haul transport. Integrated variable-gain SOA/EDFA amplifiers and pluggable coherent optics compensate for high fiber loss, extend span reach, and maintain carrier-grade BER performance without additional fiber infrastructure.
