A hot-swappable main control blade that delivers unified, real-time supervision and provisioning of every card in the D8000 chassis. Powered by a high-performance ARM processor, D8N exposes concurrent management channels—CLI, Web GUI, and northbound SNMP/REST—to local craft ports or remote EMS/NMS. Available as a compact standalone application or as a scalable server variant, it adapts seamlessly from single-node labs to multi-tenant service-provider networks, enabling tiered, policy-driven operations for operators and enterprises alike.
