This module is optimized for use with parallel OM4 multi-mode fiber and can achieve transmission distances of up to 100 meters. It is in full compliance with the IEEE 802.3bs protocol and adheres to the 400GAUI-8 standard, ensuring seamless integration with existing network infrastructure.
The module is engineered to transmit a 400 Gigabit Ethernet signal across four parallel lanes, with each lane operating at a single wavelength. This configuration allows the module to support both 2 x 200G-SR and 4 x 100G-SR applications, providing flexibility and scalability for various network configurations. The 400GBASE-SR4 module is an excellent solution for data centers and high-performance computing environments that require high-speed, short-distance connectivity.
