Product Overview
D6000 is the next-gen optical-layer platform that fuses ultra-dense DWDM, multi-rate coherent optics and embedded amplifiers into one 1U/2U shelf. From 1 GbE to 400 G coherent per λ, it transports any mix of SDH/SONET, OTN, Ethernet, SAN or video over national backbones, metro rings or private clouds—cutting fiber usage by up to 96 × 50 GHz channels while delivering sub-50 ms protection and in-line encryption.
Carrier-class yet data-center-simple, D6000 ships with a single SNMP/REST controller (C/S or B/S GUI, CLI, TL1) that pinpoints faults in real time, slashing MTTR and OPEX. Dual hot-swappable PSUs, 1+1 optical protection and proven interoperability give telcos, utilities, broadcasters and governments a future-proof, disaster-resilient transport backbone—turning scarce fiber into abundant, secure capacity today.
